Our total budget is estimated at € 38,000 and can be broken down as follows:

The boat was bought at our own expenses for 30,000 €

• 25,000 € : Boat preparation, navigation instruments, safety equipment and other navigation accessories

• 6,000 €: Travelling: visas, insurance, harbor fees, fuel, security company, satellite, radio and navigation licenses, etc.

• 7,000 €: Gear & Equipment, recording equipment, research/diving equipment and media equipment

The estimation of our budget has been thoroughly evaluated by comparing it with the budgets of experienced sailors. It is important to note that our budget assumes that we will be responsible for doing almost all installations and maintenance on our own.
